Business development

Founded in 2015, ONE is the first digital platform for building services. ONE embeds the entire value chain of building services digitally and connects every participant with its apps, from the individual employee to the end customer.

Building services are still strongly rooted in the processes of the 20th century. At the same time, it is difficult for service providers to offer digital integrated solutions. ONE defines the future of the modern building services and offers a simple solution: data-controlling, high efficiency and maximum user benefit.

ONE is already being used by enterprise customers such as WeWork and Knotel. The company pursues a clear mission - the digital transformation of building services. The entire value chain is digitally captured and supported by ONE's app suite. In contrast to traditional software providers - SAP, Oracle, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Landwehr, Planon - ONE's apps combine a variety of common IT solutions, intuitive usability, extraordinary convenience, mobile availability and low prices. Enterprise software rethought. The user and the result of the building service provider are in the foreground.

In 2019, the world market leader for cleaning technology, Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG, has taken over the Berlin-based company. With this acquisition, the cleaning equipment manufacturer is expanding its digital portfolio to include a digital platform. Service Partner ONE acts as an independent company. Since the takeover, the digital and technology specialists around Managing Director Philipp Andernach have continued to develop the software platform and create synergy effects through the partnership with Kärcher - especially in the areas of sales and digital infrastructure. Previously, ONE was co-built by leading European venture capital funds.
